A unique site in North America

Every year, thousands of birds start a perilous journey: migration. Thousands of them, like the Two-barred crossbill, pass the dunes of Tadoussac each year on their way to their wintering grounds or in search of food.

Research programs

To follow and better understand

Our research projects started in 1993 and are designed to monitor and gather knowledge about boreal bird migration. Located in three exceptional sites in Quebec, they bring a significant contribution to increasing knowledge on bird life.
