An enchanted night with Owls

To immerse you in the research projects being carried out by the Tadoussac Bird Observatory (TBO), an interpretation activity focusing on Boreal Owls and Northern Saw-whet Owls is offered.

Learn more about Quebec's smallest Owl

This unique experience will not only give you the opportunity to get to know these charming little Owls better, but also to learn more about our research projects over the years. You will have the opportunity to ask all your questions to a qualified interpret, while having the privilege of participating directly in the research project by assisting in the banding and measurement of captured individuals. A guided tour of the research facilities will also be offered!

*** Please note that during interpretation evenings, the facilities are not guaranteed to be open (depending on weather conditions), nor are birds guaranteed to be captured. ***
